Executive C-level business development consultant with over 34 years of deep and foundational experience in business brokerage, management, marketing, specialized market research, sales and promotion in both the public and private sectors.

Her experience includes local and international sales and promotional strategies in public and private real estate, business development in construction, engineering, transportation systems such as subways and cable cars, technology, entertainment, higher education, and other endeavors. As well as in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and consortium development for public construction and design bids. Alicia is a strategic and well-connected person with an unwavering commitment to performance. She has a well-developed strategic business network at the highest level in Latin America and Spain.

Ali is currently leading an effort and coordinating with university and government officials to contribute to the Panama’s Centro Tecnológico de América initiative, and is a key person in establishing communications and meetings between government agencies, industry, and university representatives to contribute to Panama's evolution from a technology consumer to a service provider for the region and the world.

Raquel Saavedra · Executive Assistant

Raquel is a professional from Panama City, Panama. She graduated from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts with a B.A. in Visual Media Arts Production, and a minor in Marketing Communications. She has experience in the entertainment and event planning industries.

Raquel has cultivation and relationship management skills regarding business opportunities. Her responsibilities as an Executive Assistant include working on an international level in LATAM, North America, and Europe and acting as the point of contact among executives, clients, and other external partners; as well as managing information flow, executives’ calendars, and setting up meetings.

Carina Peschiera · Designer

Founder and Partner and Design Director of Schienza (Lima 1997). Carina has over 25 years of experience designing brands in different sectors and markets. She creates Brand Identity, Package Design and Environmetal Graphics for clients in Perú, Panama, UK Europe and Australia.

Carina became part of Estudio Entreplanta’s design team (Spain). She later moved to London where she gained a Master’s degree in Marketing Communications (University of Arts en London) and worked as a freelance designer for brands like Tesco and Marks & Spencer. She became Manager of the Design team at Sony Design Centre Europe (London), working in coordination with Sony Design Centres in LA and Tokyo, and in collaboration with the Interactive and Industrial design teams in the creation of packaging as well as new products. Her team won two IF Packaging Design Awards: www.ifdesign.de).
